PAY YOUR DUES ON TIME and help support our effort to support you! We realize you really felt as you had no voice in what happens at California Pines, We are changing that for you with the power of the Internet! So please, pay your dues on time and get involved. It is in your best interest to be involved with the issues that face the California Pines Property development BEFORE they become major issues and possibly assesments. Don't be the owner that just reads the LOG and the minutes from the last CPPOA Board meeting or annual Property Owners Meeting.
 
Better yet, put your name in to become part of the California Pines Board of Directors! Maybe some of the Board Members have been there far too long and have lost site of the bigger picture. You can help make the cructial decisions regarding the your property and the property of thousands of other Cal Pines owners.
 
CPPOA DUES - All California Property Owners are required to pay annual dues for each parcel of property they own in the California Pines development. The CPPOA will be enforcing all deliquent dues and assesments with fines and ultimately a lien on your property if you fail to pay your dues in a timely manner.
